Where do I find my nearest boutique?

How do I make an appointment?

Appointments can be made directly through our boutiques worldwide, not via our website.

How do I know what styles my local boutique has?

Our full inventory of styles is listed on our website under Collections. We recommend brides reach out directly to their nearest boutique and specify the wedding dress styles they really like. The boutique can then arrange for those styles to be available at your appointment.

Shall I go to my first appointment alone or with friends and family?

We actually think it is best to go alone, or with one other person. Make sure to check guest capacity with your local boutique.

How long will it take for my wedding dress to arrive?

We recommend brides allocate a minimum of 16-20 weeks from placing their order to receiving their dress.

Do you offer alteration services?

Our boutiques offer this service and we encourage you to discuss alterations with them.

Can I order online?

Do you offer a bespoke service?

We currently offer a bespoke design service to our brides in the UK. For further information please email bespoke@savannahmiller.com

What is a Trunk Show?

A Trunk Show is an event, usually set across more than 2 days, where we showcase some of our latest styles at our boutiques. We have regular Trunk Shows and the information is listed on our website. This means that a wider selection of the collection, or a 'sneak peek' of our brand new collection will be available to try on. It is very important you make an appointment and you can do so directly with your local boutique.

Do you offer any styling advice?

We do offer styling advice to our brides via direct message on Instagram. Additionally, we offer styling tips on Instagram via our guides.

When will new collections be available to brides to try on and order?

As a brand, we present our new collections to our boutiques in London, New York, Milan, and Barcelona. These events are covered on Instagram and we tend to have a lot of bridal enquiries at the same time. The collection itself will be available for brides to try on during our trunk shows. Can I share my wedding photos with you?

Yes! We love seeing our brides in our gowns and especially like to share these images with our followers. We ask all brides send us a selection of high res images via WeTransfer and include the relevant tags to credit, including their own tag. We particularly request the boutique, they bought their dress from.
